Payment Methods:We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or PayPal. We also accept money orders and personal checks (give it a couple of days for payment clearance).
We will gladly ship overseas, just need to determine international shipping charge. Once we have the charge you will be notified of the amount and you can make the payment into our Paypal account. The shopping cart will only show domestic shipping charges. You can email us at email@example.com
Return Policy: If we have made an error to your order, or if there is a problem with your product, please email us or call us within five days to arrange a return or exchange. All products must be returned in the exact, unused, re-saleable condition. No cash refunds. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items. If an item got damaged in shipping please make sure we have been notified before returning said item and packaging must be retained until shipper can inspect damages. Each return MUST be approved by us and assigned a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before it will be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with receipt.
"Our Guarantee" If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a 100% Merchandise Credit In-Store Credit on it's purchase price, not on shipping. Custom orders are non-returnable & non-refundable.
Layaway Policy: We, at All Nations Trading, want to accommodate our valued customers, including the ability to make interest-free payments (layaway) when purchasing an item. We make it very easy for you, and we provide you with your own layaway plan so that you can make payments for your favorite item(s). There are a few conditions that we have in order to provide this service. Here is how it works:
Full payment must be received within 90 days.
If you cancel your order for any reason, or if payment terms aren't met, we regretfully will have to cancel the agreement and return the item to stock. No refunds will be given.
Upon completion of payments, your item will promptly be delivered.
If the payment policy is not met or you decide to cancel your layaway purchase, the non-refundable layaway amount will be retained
Refunds on merchandise in layaway will be given within 30 days of the deposit date, less shipping and fees associated with transaction, such as credit card fees. After 30 days, no refund will be given, however, a store credit can be issued at manager's discretion.
